Who We Really Are
Platform that Built with Sincerity
When you register at ak999, you're not just a number in a database. You're part of a community we've carefully built and nurtured over the years. Every decision we make — from selecting game providers to choosing deposit methods — is made with Malaysian users in mind.
The ak999 team is made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds — software engineers, cybersecurity experts, game analysts, and customer service specialists who all share one thing in common: they care about the experience you have every time you open our platform.
Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Ak999 believes that healthy entertainment starts with awareness and self-control. Our platform is equipped with responsible gaming tools that let you set daily deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits. A self-exclusion feature is also available for users who need a break from gaming activity. These are not features we added out of obligation — they reflect the values we stand by.
All these tools are accessible directly from your account settings and take effect immediately once activated. We also provide links to local support organisations for users who feel they need outside help. Visit our Responsible Gaming page for more information.
